During this time we will give you full access to the Admin system so that you can see and use all of the Key Features of 2ndHome.net

If you do not want to utilize these features you can continue to list on 2ndHome.net after the initial 3 month and not pay a cent. There will be no commissions and you will continue to receive rental inquiries in perpetuity.

After the initial 3 months if you wish to continue utilizing the many time saving and beneficial features of 2ndHome.net you can proceed with an annual subscription. Please see our rates below:

2 or more rental listings
US$399.00 per year per home (all tax and fees)
