Located in the popular waterfront dining district of West Bay, Osetra Bay exudes sophistication and elegance. The world cuisine menu has a very contemporary flair and is fresh and original. Everything on the menu is prepared from scratch in–house: breads are baked fresh daily, butter is churned on–site and homemade charcuteries are even prepared from locally reared pork.
Perfectly prepared dishes which change seasonally, use local produce wherever possible and are served in an extremely chic setting: white on white décor, curtains gently billowing in the breeze. Seating is at the water’s edge under a thatched roof or in one of the cabanas with views across the bay.
Relax, dine or entertain either alfresco in the central gazebo, or choose one of ten cabanas for more privacy; alternatively try one of the signature cocktails or a glass of champagne in one of the three lounges – safe in the knowledge that you will be impeccably looked after.
