Visit the historic seaside town of Mystic. Embark on a sailing adventure. Amble through the quaint village lined with the stately homes of former sea captains and whalers, peruse the local shops and dine in excellent restaurants. A little farther west in Clinton you can take a tour of the Chamard Vineyards, just one of many vineyards located along the Connecticut Wine Trail. Chamard produces fine wines from classic European grapes, and is especially known for its Chardonnay.
